The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13                                                                                          
    Establishing and relating to the Education Funding District Cost                                                            
    Factor Commission.                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
HCR 13 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                 
Finance Committee.
